Supplying news on our recent upgrades, new equipment and our present equipment line.  Please inquire about a completely automatic visual inspection system for the detection and rejection of  mishapen or foreign product   A visual inspection system is also available for inspection of your product’s printed logo.

 

          Ackley has begun to pre-stretch all chains, grind the top surfaces of the carrier link attachments for improved print quality, and also precision machine the drive sprockets, in house, to decimal dimensions.  This allows the chain wear to be more forgiving in the area of print positioning.

          We have also since incorporated a "SNAP ON - SNAP OFF" quick release bar removal system, which allows the individual or complete removal of the carrier bars within a matter of minutes.  This way minor or major ink drips or spills will be quickly resolved, down from several hours lost                                                                              production and down time, to just minutes!

 

          This feature also addresses a safety issue, since the complete assembly of bars and chain weight is reduced to the handling of a single bar at a time during change overs.

 

          This new system is being widely accepted, and many are reworking their existing systems to the improved quick release style.

          We now offer a proven automatic ink maintenance system that will maintain the viscosity of your printing ink.  It also mixes and recirculates your ink to maintain consistantly quality printed product. This takes the "art" out of ink maintenance.

 

          The new system has three settable ranges that can maintain viscosity ranges of;

 

0-500 centipoise

500-1000 centipoise

          Our vibratory feeders are designed to accept totes, such as Remcon®, or are self contained, complete with a 7.68 cubic foot stainless steel product hopper.  These can be used to feed our printers, or to suit any other applications that may arise for your feeding needs.
