Data based on experience.

The core should be compressed for maximum allowable hardness for durability.

With the pan temperature at 42-45C (107.6 – 113 F), apply color to achieve a 3-4% weight gain.

Apply ½% clear coat to seal surface.

Cool pan to 25 – 30 C (77 – 86F), turn off incoming and exhaust air.

Lightly apply 10 grams of Carnauba wax per 100 Kg. of tablets and tumble 2-3 minutes, NO AIR ON.

Tumble an additional 2-3 minutes with EXHAUST on to remove residual wax
