 The
tablet/caplet sorter automatically sorts compressed sugar- or
film-coated tablets and is intended for in-line use prior to
or after printing or other production stages. The sorter is
designed for a wide range of sizes and shapes. The sorter removes
up to 99% of dimensionally reduced tablets such as chips, shorts,
and particles, as well as capped, broken, or oversize tablets.
Production rate is 300,000 to 1,000,000 tablets per hour. Changeover
time is 15 minutes. Construction is anodized aluminum and stainless
steel contact, welded tubular steel frame. All stainless frame
is optional.
