Ackley Hi-Output fixed and adjustable Incline Ramp, One and Two side Drum, and VIP Printing Machines are production-offset printers, custom designed and built to handle your product specifications.

They are primarily designed for use by the pharmaceutical, food product and Confectionary industries.

The Ackley Printing Machines are easily learned machines, capable of producing a high quality printed product at increased production rates, with a minimum amount of effort and maintenance.

The product to be printed is transferred directly from the inlet hopper to the carrier bars, drum pockets or Carrier links. These have machined pockets, custom designed for the product to be printed. The rotating brush, brushes or feed spindles for the inlet hoppers assures only one product per pocket, and assists in filling the pockets.

The design roller(s) with the engraved logo design(s) rotates through the ink in a pan or pans, and transfers the logo design(s) to the offset roller(s). A doctor blade presses against the design roller to remove the excess ink.

The offset roller prints the logo design on the product surface as the product, in the carrier pockets, moves through the print section(s).

Some models are capable of multi-color printing and are also capable of overlaying registered multi-colored separations by maintaining the products' position during the separate printing stages.

The Capsule Models are capable of One or Multi-color printing, Rectified or Non-rectified, Linear or Spin printed.

The printed product moves on and is discharged from the machine.

All Ackley Printing Machines are thoroughly inspected, and operating test runs are made with the customer's specified product, to assure proper product handling and quality printing, prior to shipment.
