 The
capsule/tablet printer is designed for hard- or soft-shell gelatin
capsules and for one- or two-sided tablets coated in film or
sugar. Printing can be in one or two colors and either linear
radial or radial rectified. The printer can print 350,000 one-sided
or 150,000 two-sided tablets per hour. It can print 300,000
linear printed capsules per hour; 150,000 linear rectified capsules
per hour; 150,000 radial nonrectified capsules per hour; and
120,000 radial rectified capsules per hour. Optional cantilevered
design allows easy and rapid changeover, as well as the flexibility
of either capsule or tablet printing using the same base machine.
Parts are custom designed for any size or shape product.
